How much does custom software development cost?
It depends on scope, complexity, integrations and how many people will use the system. After a free consultation we send a written estimate broken down by phase, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
How long does a project take?
A focused first version (MVP) typically takes 2–3 months. Larger platforms with many integrations can take 6 months or more. We agree milestones up front and demo working software regularly along the way.
Can we start small and grow the system later?
Yes, and we usually recommend it. We start with the workflow that causes the most pain, launch it, then add modules as your team adopts the system.
Can you integrate with our existing systems?
Yes, where technically possible. We integrate payment gateways including M-Pesa, CRMs, ERPs, accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero, network equipment such as MikroTik, and custom legacy systems.
Can you build multi-tenant SaaS products?
Yes. We design multi-tenant platforms with proper data isolation, subscription billing, role-based access and admin tools, built so you can onboard new customers without extra engineering work.
